Mr. Kline was most recently Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Morgan Properties, a premier owner/operator of Class B apartments in the Mid-Atlantic region. He was responsible for coordinating the acquisition process, debt financings, managing joint venture relationships with institutional investment partners, and joint asset management of the almost 30,000 units owned and managed by Morgan.

Acquisitions during his time at Morgan included fee simple and partnership interest acquisitions of over 20,000 units valued in excess of $2.0 billion. He has experience placing over $250 million of debt with both government sponsored entities as well as balance sheet lenders. While at Morgan he implemented a revenue management system and led the revenue management team responsible for several hundred million dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Kline was also responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of approximately 45,000 square feet of commercial space.

Prior to joining Morgan, Mr. Kline worked at Equilibrium Equities, Inc., a regional industrial developer, where he worked on all aspects of new ground-up development, value-add acquisition projects, and asset management. He also worked at Credit Suisse underwriting commercial mortgage backed securities.

Mr. Kline is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. While at the University of Pennsylvania he received the Jonas and Ann Brodie Real Estate Mortgage Banking Prize from the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center as well as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ Scholarship for an Outstanding Real Estate Student. Mr. Kline is a past member of the Philadelphia Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Committee as well as a current member of the Next Generation Committee of Philadelphia Jewish Federation Real Estate.
